*Cooked Grain Or sweet potato.
*nuts or seeds
*oil or fat
I'm going to give you my latest version as an example.
Mix cooked rice and hemp seeds with ghee, S&P and brewers yeast.
Put hemp rice in half the bowl, put salad in other half the bowl...think yin yang.
Top salad with miso dressing.
And yum... you are done!
