I love you!
I love your smile, the quirky way you laugh.
I love your dreams and aspirations, your striving for the light.
I love that ache inside you that makes you cry when things aren't right.
I love the "imperfections" that make you YOU.
I love the way you've changed your world and changed mine TOO.
I love that I've never seen your face or held your hand and still we share a part in the divine plan.
I love that deep inside me and all around Invisible to the eye, is the spark of life, the drop of the Ggod/desS, the creative mystery, the never ending flow.
I love that we are ONE, even if we don't "know".
I love "you" the reflection of the divine,
I love the light in you that matches mine.
So I alluded to the next levels of healing that I am working on. Well today is day two of the beginning of the new health regime.
First phase is to follow the instructions of my Guru Dr MaryJo Cravatta. I am taking her adios ama and healing within herbal formulas. The adios ama works on releasing toxins from undigested food and emotions. The healing within is very powerful and helps quickly and deeply remove the old cellular memory and expiriences. These are powerful formulas! I took both before I can defiantly say they both work. I'm taking the healing within at night because it can facilitate tearful releases an I got things to do!! So when I take it at night I just have crazy dreams and release that way :-)
In addition to this I have also decided that I will be creating a specialized program for myself that incorporates all the knowledge I have gained. I will do a Vlog to monitor my progress.
There is much to do and I am still on the road to healing :-)
Taking it gentle, slow, loving and compassionate with myself. True healing and lifestyle change take some commitment, time and support.
So here is to the journey of healing and learning my life lesson.
Much love and light to all!
Had a great time teaching these lovely ladies how to use the Omni Gym Yoga Swing! New Jersey was pretty and damn hot!!! Looks like many more teachings and travelings in the future.
I HAVE A QUESTION for YOU?!?!?

WHAT do you want to know?
All of the above and more?
I'm taking request here folks!!
Please ask questions and ill do my best to answer them...

Cause it's my blog :-P
Ok so I've been meaning to catch ya'll up on my life but I've just been super busy.
So here is the abbreviated version....
Yoga Dance Training with Hemalayaa
So this training was so multifaceted and fun and accessible and Transformational!
I learned a ton about myself and remembered things I had forgotten.
Namely as a kid I wanted to be a solid gold dancer and danced my little booty off all the time. I also realized that the next level in my personal healing is to release old anger, I got rid of the fear and healed myself (with the help of Dr MaryJo Cravatta) of the female issues. I am now healing a skin issue and the old stuck energy in my stomach from all the trauma I been through. I have a sneaking suspicion that sadness may be the next on the list to heal from.
But first the anger!!
Hemalayaa's yoga dance is a great way to heal and clear the old emotions and its fun and fitness!
So glad I took that training! Going to continue training with her in October.
Ok so that's the nitty gritty on that training...
Got to spend some time with my minions :-)
Son got a haircut! He needed it but now he thinks he's all punk rock ;)
My honey set this pool up for us all And he figured out a great way to drain it out to the garden to use the water when we clean the pool! Genius!!
Kids and I made raw vegan blackberry pie with blackberries from farmers market :-)
Now I'm in Nevada city continuing my Aturveda Yoga studies with Dr Mary Jo Cravatta. She is so knowledgeable and experienced. I feel so blessed to be learning from her. The program is amazing and will continue on to more and more advanced levels. :-)
I get back on Tuesday night, teach classss and see clients on Wednesday then leave Thursday at 6am to head to Princeton New Jersey to teach Omni Gym Yoga swing routines to yoga teachers!!!
Who knows whys next?!?
Oh yeah I forgot to mention I won a Yogastrology contest and ill be having my vision on the first page and a free autographed copy!
So grateful and blessed!
Speaking of grateful and blessed, my awesome momma is spoiling the kids and holding down the fort while I'm gone.
Be well, follow your dreams, keep healing each day, growing and evolving, living and loving!
Me and Hemalayaa!
The garden yoga studio at Liberation where we trained.
All of us goddesses dancing at the park with a love drummer! Whooo!
My honey came with me and was super supportive in everyway! :-)
Palm trees at Venice beach...because you have to take pics of that when your in LA!!!
So I'm back from my Transformation trip with Hemalayaa in LA. This morning I taught our goddess grooves class and brought some of the training in...the girls and I all loved it and we even got a little tearyeyed ;) during the cool down.
I am transformed from this training and feel so much lighter and more free!!
I also felt car lag? Eh I don't know what you'd call it but I know I needed a serious smoothie this morning and since I'm out of my rockin wellness shake I went for an adaptation of one of my gurus Ojas smoothie from Dr Mary Jo Cravatta.
Mine is different but I can tell you it sure did the trick. I feel more grounded and refueled, nurtured in a very momma earth titty milk kinda way!!
Ambikas Ojas Ayurveda Smoothie
And enjoy! It really helped me recover from all the working out, traveling an expanding my being. Being transformed isn't always a pain free process as I found out. Did the deep work. But more on that later. For now enjoy this smoothie and know that everything is exactly as it should be and it all is great in the end :-)
I'm getting ready to go to LA on Thursday to train with Hemalayaa (ahhh scream gasp sigh...soooo excited!) and we've had a few malfunctions which I'm choosing to believe are for the best. Aka our housing fell through and we are now looking for a new spot! Ill post when we get the new one..lets see what the universe delivers!?!?
So anyway the kids and I made some carrot apple juice today and had a TON of pulp leftover, we gave half to the chickens but still had plenty left so I decided to make these carrot cake Ish mostly raw cookie bar heart things. They are in the dehydrater right now but I know they will be yummy cause the batter was delicious (my daughter picky carb girl affirmed this judgement as well).
I thought you all might want the" recipe" but I really should just call it an inspiration cause we didn't measure and I'm sure you could adjust this many ways.
Part one of the "recipe"
Buy a huge bag of juicing carrots!
Juice Em up, drink and share the juice!
Juice a few apples to (help get the juice in the kids).
In a large mixing bowl mix some hemp powder, I also added some other vegan protein powder super food stuuf. I then added cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, flax seeds and some Celtic sea salt. This was the "flour" part.
Then I had my daughter pit and chop some dates and stone some apricots. We threw these in the blender with some maple syrup, coconut sugar and some leftover carrot juice (son the protein monster didn't finish his). We blended this all up and it was the wet portion.
My sweet boy chopped up walnuts and pecans. We then added all the ingredients together and mixed well, my lovely daughter decided to use her hands and squish it through her fingers :-)
We adjusted ingredients untill it was a workable texture aka able to be clumped into a ball.
We then did the ole taste test and yum yum it was done so we used heart shaped cookie cutters and put them in the dehydrater at 105 f.
They will stay in overnight and we will check them in the morning.
I loved not wasting the pulp or turning the chickens eggs orange from to much carrots. Plus I can bring them to LA with me and leave some with my momma and kids. A little love all around :-)
Till next time, namaste!
The blessings keep pouring in!
I have been offered and accepted a teaching position with the wonderful people at Omni-Gym Yoga Swing.
I have enjoyed their training and have owned a yoga swing for over two years now and it's defiantly a wonderful addition to my life.
Takin the Omni-Gym Yoga Swing Training and owning a swing was on my manifestation list an I am happy to say that I achieved that goal! Now I have attained another goal and that is to teach the teachers!
The universe is conspiring to make my dreams happen. So many manifestations are blossoming right now and many more are gestating!
Stay tuned for more good things to come!
I feel the vibration of the universe increasing and taking us all higher with it.
I am humbled and grateful to be of service.
Much love and blessings to ALL!

AMA-REDUCING DAL W/garlic= -V+P-K No garlic=-V-P-K
Preparation time:3 days to sprout the mung, Serves: 5-6
30 minutes to 1 hour to make the soup. Polarity Purifying, Good for every Season
In a pressure cooker, put:
2-3 c. sprouted mung beans
3-4 c. water
Bring to pressure and cook for about two minutes. Or cook the beans and water in a covered saucepan until soft. Blend the beans and cooking liquid in blender. Set aside. In a stainless steel soup pot, warm:
1 1/2 Tbls. Ghee or olive oil
1-2 inches fresh ginger root (1-2 Tbls.) peeled and chopped finely
1-3 cloves of garlic, minced (omit if Pitta is high)
½-1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp. coriander seeds
½-1 tsp turmeric
½ tsp. ground black pepper
2-3 bay leaves
1/8 tsp. each of fennel seeds, hing, cinnamon, and cardamom
Toss until coated and their aromas emerge. Add to the spices and oil:
2-3c chopped vegetables (broccoli, carrots, greens, sprouts, green beans, or asparagus work well)
Toss until coated. Stir for two minutes, then add:
4-6 c. additional water
Mix well. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered until veggies are cooked.
Add pureed mung beans to soup pot. Stir. Bring to a boil again. Reduce heat and let soup simmer for 5 minutes. Add more water if a thinner consistency is desired. Add:
½ tsp. salt, or to taste
Comments: This recipe comes from Ivy Blank, based on a dish made by Drs. Smita and Pankaj Naram of Bombay. It is specifically designed to reduce ama and rest the digestive tract during illness, convalescence or rejuvenation therapy. The mung beans are cooling by nature, yet are warmed by the addition of the ginger and the other warming spices Amounts of the spices and the type of vegetables used can be adjusted to suit the individual. One stick of kombu can also be added to reduce gas and add trace minerals. This is an excellent one dish meal which can be served a few times each week to rest the system, if you like.
Note: If you are using this dish during Pancha Karma therapy, increase the oil or ghee to 5-6 Tbls. For best effects. Greater amounts of oleation are needed during this process.
