My TEMPLE is super!

Our body temple is directly connected to the earth and the stars and the whole of creation. I am sure you've heard things like:
~*~Our bodies are literally made of star stuff
~*~Our bodies reflect the earth in that we are approximatly 80% water
~*~From the earth we come and to the Earth we return
Our bodies are our sacred vehicles in which we experience this amazing creation. Our bodies are one of the only things we really have control over (some of us have more control than others). We use our bodies to achieve our dreams, we use our bodies to make babies, we use our bodies to get us through space from one place to another, we express our selves with our bodies and we even make awesome run on sentences with it ;)
I call the body the temple because to me, our bodies are truly our sacred space in which we can have a personal connection to our spirituality or even just our world in which we live and that in itself is a miracle! If we have goals of making the word a better place for the next seven generations than everything we do with our body and to it is of amazing importance to the whole picture. If we use all natural fair trade bodycare products we are supporting living wages for our brothers and sisters around the world. You can stretch this idea out to the laundry soap you use, the dish soap and so on! The point here is not to get overwhelmed, the point is to make as many changes towards creating the future reality we want to see and that we are able to in our life circumstances. Always striving to keep our focus on the solution!
Taking care of our Temple includes Body care, beauty care, therapy and Exercise (also eating healthy but i put that one in the garden section).
As always the simpler it is the better and taking care of our temple is no exception! We can have a healthy happy body without buying all sorts of expensive Organic fair trade stuff, although that is fun too some times ;)
On this page i have posted some inspiring videos that I use and believe in and that have changed my life. I will also continue to post tips, tricks and recipes in the blog peace talks. Without further ado lets get down to business!

Body Care
_Simple Beauty tips
the oil cleansing method (face washing with oil)
so to put it simply get some of your fav organic oil and massage it into your face (enjoy this) then get a wet washcloth super hot and press it on your face, rinse and repeat till you feel clean and yummy!
Baking soda!
Awesome stuff! You can make a face scrub with it, if you wanna get fancy add some ground oatmeal and chamomile flowers or essential oils of lavender, tea tree and or geranium (my fav). I'm sure you know to brush your teeth with it already.
The detox bath
